My pedal has stopped working, I think it is broken.
Check your power supply, input and output cables. Still no luck, we'll be happy to look at it. Contact us through the contacts page and request an RA (Return Authoization) number and ship it to us. If the product is covered under warranty we'll either replace it or fix it ASAP and get it back to you. If the pedal is out of warranty we have a $25 bench fee and then charge for parts. We will let you know the cost before we begin. If you should choose to not repair the pedal you will be charged a $15 diagnose fee as well as the $10 return shipping.
